Product Warranty

All Techstreet products come with a standard 1-year product warranty. Please note:

  • Warranty type may vary depending on the brand.
  • During the warranty period, you are entitled to free repair or product replacement for any genuine hardware or software defects, provided there’s no external damage.
  • Warranty is void if serviced by unauthorized repair centers or if tampered with outside the brand’s official service channels.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes issues can arise. Techstreet allows for returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Product Inspection at Purchase
  • All products must be thoroughly checked at the time of purchase in-store. Customers are encouraged to inspect the item for physical and functional condition before completing the transaction.
  • Once the product is inspected and accepted in-store, claims for visible damage (scratches, cracks, missing parts) after leaving the store may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  1. When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?
  • If you receive the wrong product, or the product is defective due to our error, you may request a return, exchange, or refund.
  • Such requests must be made within 12 hours of delivery by contacting us via:
  1. General Return Conditions
  • Items must be returned to the Techstreet Store, Abadhah Fehi Magu, within 5 days of receipt, along with the Shopping Confirmation receipt.
  • Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be accepted for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Products with scratches, cracks, water damage, or evidence of impact/fall will not qualify for return.
  1. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are permitted for:
    • Items of equal value, or
    • As part-payment toward higher-priced products.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for lower-priced items.

Note: Products covered under manufacturer warranty are not eligible for in-store exchange and will be serviced according to the warranty terms.

  1. Refunds (Card & Online Payments)
  • Refunds for payments made via card or online transactions will be processed within 5 working days after return approval.
